Can you give me an estimate before plans are finalised?

Once we have completed your first site visit, we then offer our pre-construction services. This includes consulting with you or your building designer, risk identification, a feasibility report and refining the design before plans are finalised. This means you have a scope of works ready, cost-saving opportunities identified and a realistic budget guide.
This is a question we receive a lot, especially if its your first time engaging a builder. The first step is to contact us and give us a brief description of your project. We will then send you a questionnaire form for you to fill out so we can get as much information before your first site visit. Tyson will then arrange a site visit where you will talk everything from budget, timeline and design plans. We also have a booklet that you will receive upon completing the questionnaire form which outlines everything step by step so you are not left guessing.

How do I get started?
Who will I be dealing with during the project?

You will be dealing with Tyson and Troy personally. You don’t have to go through hoops to bring something to our attention. You can communicate via calls, text or emailing. We aim to reply within 24hrs
How do I know whether I should renovate or knock-down/rebuild?

This is where our Pre-Construction Services come in handy; especially when you need to know numbers early on. Sometimes renovating can be more time consuming and therefore more expensive as you have to work with the original house plans as much as possible. Compared to knockdown/rebuild, you need to take demo works into account. Our feasibility report gives you clear numbers before any plans are finalized which gives you as much information that you need to make that decision.

We are based in Warners Bay so we service the surrounding suburbs such as Speers Point Charlestown, Kotara, Redhead and Dudley. We are also happy to travel to Newcastle, Cooks Hill, Hamilton South and Merewether and other surrounding areas
